Working Principle of Transverse Magnet Furnace

The Transverse Magnet Furnace is made using the principle of "electromagnetic induction". Electromagnetic induction refers to the phenomenon of using changes in electromagnetic fields in equipment to generate electrical current. The Transverse Magnet Furnace also utilizes the starting and transmission of magnetic flux. The generation and variation of electromagnetic fields and magnetic flux triangles constitute the "magnetic field" of a Transverse Magnet Furnace. The interaction between the magnetic field and the heated object achieves efficient heating through induction heating.

The Transverse Magnet Furnace places specially produced magnetic cores in quartz glass tubes. The magnetic core casing consists of two parts, with a fastening nut on top and a composite ring on the bottom.

The magnetic core fixed inside the tube is called a "core column". The periphery of the core column is surrounded by high-performance magnets, which are made of materials such as neodymium iron boron and cobalt. There are several magnetic coils distributed between them to form an appropriate magnetic field. When current flows through the power supply, these magnetic fields interact with the high-frequency alternating current in the coil conduit. At this point, the high-frequency magnetic field on the magnetic core will be transmitted to the bottom of the furnace surface, creating a way to heat items placed on the furnace.

The principle of a Transverse Magnet Furnace is generated by the magnetic field generated by a magnetic coil, which then produces high-frequency current. The interaction between the magnetic field and current raises the temperature of the heated object to a higher level. When high-frequency current flows through the magnetic coil, the magnetic field changes and a frequency highly modulated current is generated in the current filtering capacitor in the appliance. This current flows through the magnetic coil, generating a strong magnetic field. Magnetic flux enters and moves through the walls and surfaces of the rice cooker above the furnace surface, and enters the bottom of the furnace surface.
