Structure of Trolley Furnace
The shell of a typical trolley furnace is welded from steel plates and steel sections. The furnace lining material of the electric furnace is made of ultra light weight 0.6g/cm ³ energy-saving refractory insulation bricks, with a layer of aluminum silicate fiber felt insulation. The space between the furnace shell and the silicon aluminum brazing layer of the furnace lining is filled with expanded stone powder insulation. The furnace mouth is made of heavy anti-collision bricks and the trolley surface layer is made of heavy high aluminum pressure resistant bricks. The electric furnace body and trolley are constructed with labyrinth refractory materials.
The trolley is equipped with chromium manganese nitrogen heat-resistant steel furnace bottom plate or 1200 ℃ silicon carbide furnace bottom plate to support the workpiece. In order to prevent the formation of oxide scale on the workpiece after heating from falling around the bottom heating element through the gap of the furnace bottom plate and causing damage to the heating element, it is necessary to regularly blow the oxide scale under the trolley furnace bottom plate.
The lifting and lowering of the trolley furnace door is achieved by rolling up and down on the guide rail with rolling wheels. This not only ensures the sealing between the furnace door masonry and the furnace body masonry when the furnace door is closed, but also ensures that the masonry will not be damaged by friction during the opening process. The movement of the furnace door and trolley is provided by an electric motor through a worm gear reducer, chain transmission, and equipped with an electromagnetic brake for appropriate adjustment.
To improve the uniformity of furnace temperature, the electric furnace adopts multi zone heating and heating elements are arranged on the furnace door and rear wall.
The high-power electric furnace is equipped with multiple automatic temperature control cabinets, which automatically control the heating in multiple zones and the operation of the furnace door trolley. Each cabinet is equipped with two instruments, one is the central garden diagram automatic recorder, which mainly controls and records the furnace temperature automatically, and the other is the digital temperature controller, which mainly provides automatic power-off protection for the furnace temperature when it exceeds the limit. It also has the function of replacing the main control instrument for automatic temperature control when the main control instrument is damaged.
The high-power electric furnace is equipped with multiple thermocouples, multiple compensation wires, and is used in conjunction with instruments from multiple electrical cabinets.
The trolley furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control cabinet, thermocouple, compensation wire, a set of furnace bottom plate, and an external light rail when it leaves the factory.
