The working principle of a transverse magnetic furnace mainly relies on the application of a transverse magnetic field, which affects the heating process through a uniform magnetic field generated by a high permeability iron core and coil.
Transverse Magnetic Furnace
The vertical pre vacuum atmosphere protected transverse magnetic annealing furnace belongs to the standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace. This process is a heat treatment process using a nitrogen (N2) protective atmosphere (nitrogen purity 99.99%). During the heat treatment process, the process consists of several stages, and the magnetic anisotropy of the magnetic core can be set to the desired value using the equipment's (transverse) magnetic field. The transverse magnetic field is generated by coils made of high heat-resistant aluminum. The coil is cooled by a high-power blower. When the coil temperature exceeds the set temperature, the coil cooling blower automatically opens and is discharged through the heat dissipation holes of the furnace shell. The sealed motor and furnace cover silicone strip are water-cooled.
