Push rod furnace is widely used in aluminum alloy solid solution and aging heat treatment, mainly for large-scale solid solution heat treatment of aluminum alloy castings such as aluminum wheels, aluminum alloy boxes, aluminum alloy cylinders, aluminum alloy pistons, aluminum alloy electric frames, etc. for automobiles, airplanes, high-speed railways, trains, ships, etc. These fields have high performance requirements for aluminum alloy materials, and their strength and corrosion resistance can be improved through solution treatment.

The working principle of the push rod aluminum alloy rapid solution furnace is relatively simple and efficient. The equipment mainly consists of a furnace body, a hydraulic station push rod, a material frame, a discharge platform, a quenching tank, a lifting mechanism, a hydraulic station, and an electronic control system.

During operation, the product is lifted and placed on the drum in front of the furnace mouth, and then sequentially pushed into the furnace for heating by hydraulic cylinders. Multiple aluminum products with material frames can be placed inside the furnace. When the heating time is reached, the front and rear furnace doors will open simultaneously. The material frame at the back of the furnace will automatically roll onto the quenching material rack at the outlet through power transmission, and quickly enter the water for quenching. The oil cylinder at the front feeding end will automatically push one material frame into the furnace for heating. This cycle repeats to complete the heat treatment process.
