The high-temperature box type atmosphere furnace adopts a double-layer shell structure and a PID program temperature control system, with phase-shift triggering and thyristor control. The furnace is composed of alumina polycrystalline fiber material combined with ceramic plates/stainless steel. The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature. The shell is sealed as a whole, the cover plate is sealed with heat-resistant silicone, and the furnace door is sealed with silicone pads. The gas enters and exits the rear chamber after passing through the flowmeter. There are multiple gas inlet and outlet ports for washing the furnace, which can be pre evacuated and can pass gases such as argon, nitrogen, oxygen, ammonia decomposition gas, etc. The furnace has the advantages of temperature field balance, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving.
