The upper limit of the high-temperature furnace is within 1200°C, the medium-temperature furnace is within 950°C, and the low-temperature quenching furnace is within 650°C.
Forklift furnace is mainly used for quenching, tempering, annealing, tempering, and normalizing heat treatment of various products such as stainless steel solid solution (tube), high manganese steel quenching, valves, flange rings, pressure vessels, rolling rods, steel pipes, steel wires, steel balls, castings, forgings, cast iron, rolling rollers, blades, high-speed steel, tool steel, automobile axles, diesel engine gearboxes, mining machinery, loader bridge arms, etc.
The box-type forklift quenching furnace is mainly composed of a loading platform, a large box-type heating furnace, a rail forklift-type material trolley, a pit-type quenching tank, an air cooling platform, a control system, etc. This furnace consists of a furnace body and a movable forklift and material frame. The furnace shell and the trolley are welded with high-quality steel plates and steel sections. The furnace lining is made of pure fiber cotton, and the load-bearing part of the furnace bottom is built with heavy refractory bricks to enhance the structural strength of the furnace lining and improve the thermal insulation performance of the furnace body. The special forklift is set in front of the furnace door, with an independent track and transmission device, and a device for carrying the workpiece in and out and lifting and lowering. The forklift is a mechanical structure, mainly composed of a mobile frame and a shovel foot.
