The chamber heating forging furnace is divided into high-temperature furnace, medium temperature furnace, and low-temperature tempering furnace. The maximum operating temperature of the high-temperature furnace is within 1200 ℃, the medium temperature furnace is within 950 ℃, and the low-temperature tempering furnace is within 650 ℃. They are selected according to their respective product characteristics, and the furnace size and load capacity are ordered according to customer requirements.
The furnace is a rectangular box structure, and the load-bearing platform is a movable trolley. The workpieces are stacked on the workbench, with electric transmission for entry and exit, furnace door opening and closing, and electric control; The furnace lining is made of full fiber aluminum silicate spun silk blanket to form a modular furnace body. The furnace bottom is constructed with lightweight insulation bricks and heavy refractory bricks. The heating elements are made of resistance wires and resistance belts. The furnace shell is made of steel plates and section steel. The furnace door and trolley are mechanically driven; The specific configuration is designed and equipped according to customer and furnace temperature requirements.
